  • JOB TYPE: Full-time
  • JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Create an exceptional Customer Service atmosphere, address customers with the utmost of patience, care ,attentiveness, and possess clear communication skills.
    • Perform daily office responsibilities which include but are not limited to bank transactions with checking, savings, and loan transactions.
    • Assist customers in their selection of account choices and help with financial services questions. Process new account transactions, maintain existing accounts, and help process account closings.
    • Promote business for the Bank by maintaining positive customer relationships and referring customers to the appropriate staff for new services. Maintain an effective knowledge of bank products and services.
    • Contribute to the effectiveness of a Team environment by accepting assignments and seeking additional projects and responsibilities.
    • Provide backup to The First National Bank in Amboy bank locations in the Universal Banker/Teller position.
    • Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of bank policies and procedures to perform the necessary duties to ensure compliance.
    • Prior bank experience preferred
